The Challenge
The Boerne Education Foundation is a volunteer-led nonprofit founded in 1997 that has distributed over $8 million to every school in Boerne ISD — funding Teacher Innovation Grants, classroom supply campaigns, and district-wide initiatives. The impact was reaching every student and teacher, but the story of how donor dollars become classroom outcomes wasn't being told visually.
The Mission
Document the Foundation's events, grant presentations, and classroom impact through video and photography — showing donors exactly where their contributions go, capturing teachers receiving grants and students benefiting from new resources, and building a content library that helps BEF push toward its fundraising goals.
