The Challenge
The Maestro Entrepreneur Center is a 501(c)(3) business incubator and accelerator in San Antonio, dedicated to helping minority-, women-, and veteran-owned small businesses grow beyond the $1 million revenue threshold. Through mentorship from seasoned business owners ("Maestros"), cohort programs, and access to capital, the Center had helped 600+ businesses — but its visibility didn't match its impact.
The Mission
Capture the entrepreneur journeys, mentor sessions, cohort graduations, and community events through videography and photography — documenting the real stories of business owners transforming their futures and creating content that drives new applications, donor support, and recognition for the Center's work on San Antonio's West Side.
